Wait... Google says Beck's crazy conspiracy theories are full of @!$%#?

The only possible explanation is that Google must have been infiltrated by Them. You know, whoever They are.

Just because he's paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get him. Too Funny! The nutbag goes off the rails on air!

This is just marketing by Glenn. He tells his audiance not to Google it, knowing they will. Then many of the searches hit web sites where his sponsors have adds. And because the left swarms all over every Bull Goose Looney sound bite he spits out, he has a large segment of those who don't listen to him hitting those sites....

Please don't feed the Beck..

I typed in Beck conspiracy theory, my computer got up, pulled all its cables, went outside and shot itself. It wanted nothing to do with it.

That was my first thought. Sounds like some kind of reverse-psychology SEO marketing strategy to improve his page rankings on Google. His ad revenue must be down.

Just *shaking my head* about Beck. The man sounds like he has used up all his fear theories and is now scraping the bottom of the barrel for residue of leftover program ideas that were tossed out over the past year as totally unbelieveable. Maybe his staff all have the flu or something so Beck, himself, is scrounging around to fill air space? Or...I wonder if his staff is just getting tired of trying to come up with fresh material.

Possibly they had to reduce staff because the advertisers pulled the plug on babybeck's vituperative fearmongering show.

Hosni Mubarak will probably join the Fox News team soon and start advocating shutting down the Internet.

Right now, Hosni Mubarak is advising Wisconsin Repugnican Governor Scott Walker on how to crush Unions and teach government workers to live on bribes so he can funnel more money into the pockets of Repugnican elitist wealthy supporters.

Next year Hosni Mubarak will speak at CPAC, give a speech as a consultant at the Chamber of Commerce, and advise the wealthy on getting more money.

I am not sure of the correlation between wealthiest Americans top 2% of the population and Egypt's. But Mubarak is a natural fit with these organizations.

Great idea!! It probably won't be as enjoyable getting the as the bong out, turning the sound off on a TV (any program works) and simultaneously listening to Frank Zappa's "Brown Shoes Don't Make It", but it may come close!!

For those curious about what he actually said.

With all the articles/seeds and comments on the vine about Glenn Beck and since I had time for once last night cause the Hubster cooked dinner I watched that program start to finish. Did he bring up Google...yes he has some concerns. He never once said not to use Google to fact check and in fact said he's againt boycotting. He said himself that he doesn't think he'd be able to not use Google or one of their products himself. Thanks tommy for posting the link though I doubt many will read it. Hating Glenn Beck just on principle or just because it's the popular thing to do seems to give people someplace to connect with others and gives them a place to dump their negative anger. How do I feel about the things he DID say? I'm not sure yet...processing through. There's alot of information out there from alot of sources...so we'll see where that takes me. I get angry too but I hope to God I don't and won't treat even those I might disagree with so disrespectfully.

Nita, while I agree with you to some degree, Beck's pandering, his disrespect, his schilling for all his sponsors is quite frankly offensive to me.

Especially as it is dressed up to appear that he is some sort of authority with his proselytising and amateur theatrics. Many can see through it but I think of the people that buy into it and cringe. Education is a valuable, important service, to misuse it and abuse while presenting yourself as a godly man is wrong.

          Good post Hughmac.

Nita- as has been said it's the way he presents things. If he has some concerns about Google fine, but why present it as if it's some gigantic evil conspiracy?

One of his best tricks is to turn what he would like to say flat-out (but can't since he'd be sued) into a question.

I'm trying to learn their tactics, Fox Noose, conservatives, Rovian Chaos Theorists, make egregiously offensive statements that polarize and terrify their weak minded followers, then when called on it make it a personal attack that they act offended about and then storm off and pitch a classic hissy fit.

I should have recognized it earlier but its been a while since I was in 2nd grade.

Hey Hugh and demmy...after watching the program...I cannot dispute your points at all. In fact..listening to him before each commercial break about what was coming "after the break" made me feel anxious and I can see clearly how someone who may not have an open mind or even the willingness to explore what he presents might be caught up in the "proselytising and amateur theatrics" and the way he presents his information. It's not just Glenn Beck though that does this. I'm so frustrated by the way people close themselves off from having a discussion based only on one point of view...theirs. My beloved Father-In-Law is like that. He gets his information from two sources. The Washington Post and one channel on T.V. and my God that is the gospel. Bless his heart I can't be mad at him...he's old school. Doesn't own a computer and wouldn't know what to do with one if he did. Maybe there are more people like that in the world than I imagined there to be.

Just to clarify with you both...I'm not saying that either of you are part of the "closed off" individuals I was talking about...I was speaking as a generalization about what's frustrating me these days during discussions. I'm glad you both presented your points to me.

If you can't look it up on google then you simply have to rely on Beck to tell you the truth because you are an undereducated toad who can't navigate in a library or read anything for yourself or even use your limitted power of logic to analyze anything, which is why you are a Beck fan in the first place. Anyone with a reasonably active intellect would have abandoned Beck's electronic medicine show years ago.
